In 2016 we had a wonderful opportunity to revive a landmark space on Broadway and continue the tradition of timeless dining experiences on the Upper West Side. Maison Pickle was designed to evoke elegance and glamour yet still echo the legacy of the American diner. We pay homage to the space's former resident, Ouest, the Upper West Side pioneer of fine dining frequented by artists, writers and performers. Our hope was to create a timeless experience.
The kitchen is helmed by Executive Chef Glenroy Brown, supported by Chef de Cuisine Harold Villarosa who began his career at Ouest - taking liberties in expanding our understanding of wet sandwiches while substaining the traditions of the iconic American French Dips.
